Materials certificates are supplied to establish that the materials meet the specifications and are fit for purpose.

ENGEX only works with non-ferrous metals such as stainless steel, nickel alloys, duplex, hastelloy, monel, inconel, copper, and brass to ensure a carbon-free facility. As a result there are no contaminates in the facility that could compromise food and pharmaceutical-grade requirements.

At our facility or insitu, our specialist TDrilling service for pipes can save time and money as fewer welds are needed.

Third-Party Certification

As part of our Quality Assurance, we’ll get third-party certification on tanks and pressure vessels. Inspections at various stages of fabrication, along with photographic verification, are documented and provided at time of practical completion.
